How many seats are on your charter buses?

Our full-size coaches seat 55 passengers.

Do your coaches come equipped with video players?

Yes, most of our charter coaches come with DVD players.

Is there room to store luggage and other items?

Yes. Our charter coaches have three luggage bays, capable of storing luggage for the number of passengers the coach was built for.

How do I go about booking a coach for my group?

1. Call 212.445.7590 or fill out our quote form and our charter department will respond immediately about availability. Having your itinerary in mind is important. You can also check availability through the website.
2. You will receive a quote from us via e-mail. This has the details of your trip and the rate for the charter. (Please carefully check it to make sure all the details are correct. Unless you advise us otherwise, this will be the information we will use to operate your trip). A quote will hold the date for two weeks pending a receipt of your deposit. If you do not send a deposit, the quote is automatically cancelled.
3. Send us the required deposit within two weeks. The due date is on your quote.
4. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you an e-mail contract. The balance of your payment is due two weeks prior to your departure date. Please refer to the contract number when sending in your check.

When is the final payment due?

Your final payment is due no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled departure date. Charters that are not paid in full when due are subject to cancellation.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

We accept organization or personal checks for deposit only. The date of the trip must be at least one month later than the check date. For your final payment, we accept certified checks or money orders.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for both deposits and final payments. Ask one of our reservation agents at the time of booking if you wish to take advantage of this service.
